Liability Protection

The Organizers, including Mike Andes Media Group LLC, Augusta Franchise LLC, and Michael Andes personally, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other unforeseeable consequence resulting from attendance at the Blue Collar Summit. By agreeing to these terms, participants waive any claims against the Organizers related to such issues.

Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

All ticket sales for the Blue Collar Summit are final. No refunds will be provided for registrants who are unable to attend the event. However, tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. The Organizers must be notified of any ticket transfers at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.

Money Back Guarantee

The Blue Collar Summit offers a money-back guarantee under specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, a participant must:

Attend all in-person keynotes and the workshop in their entirety.

Be present from the start of each in-person event without being late.

Failure to meet these conditions will nullify the money-back guarantee. This policy is designed to encourage full participation and ensure that attendees gain the maximum benefit from the event.

General Provisions

The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content at their discretion.

The Organizers are not responsible for any personal property of the attendees during the event.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respect the rights and dignity of others at all times during the event.
