Owner & Founder of Atlas Outdoor

Founded in his driveway in 2011 with just himself and a couple of employees. The company rapidly grew to over $5m in annual sales in just 5 years and made just about every mistake you can think of applied to the growth! 

Today Atlas has grown to over 110 Team Members, they have multiple locations in Michigan, and are trusted to maintain some of the most prestigious homes and high traffic businesses and communities across Mid-Michigan. 

Sam credits their tremendous achievements and sustainability over the years to their incredible Momentum, Company Culture, Servanthood, Stewardship, and Intentionality towards daily growth!

Sam has an extreme passion for personal growth and leadership development and strives to make everyone around him push to be the best version of themselves. 

In addition to his leadership at Atlas, he is a husband, dad of 2, a worship drummer, writer, a coach and mentor for dozens of business owners and team leaders throughout the country, he sits on numerous boards for various non-profits, a Certified Business Coach for CONQUER, and is endorsed by John Maxwell as a Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Public Speaker.
